Just like so many other people, I was ready to use my rewards now that stores are opening back up and discovered that my rewards certificate expired during the lock down. I thought the rewards would be extended while stores were closed (like every other retail store I have rewards at). Apparently, there is no way for BB to re-issue them once they expire. For loyal customers who have been waiting to return to stores to shop, this is a let down. I just wanted to let you know that this sort of policy was enough for you to lose me as a customer. I will take my business to someone who appreciates my loyalty. I am very disappointed that the only answer I received was basically "you should've shopped online" and "read the fine print."

Welcome to our community forums. Accruing rewards is one of the many great benefits to being a My Best Buy member and I appreciate you taking the time to provide us your feedback.
As you mentioned, while our store locations were closed we work working to help fulfill orders by both shipping and curbside pickup. While we are unable to reissue certificates after they have expired, I'd be happy to make sure the email address associated with your My Best Buy account is correct. Once a certificate has been issued you should receive an email to make sure you are aware.
