Can't express how disappointed I am with the expired points policy! I had multiple reward certificates that expired over the Summer. These added up to a total value of $110. When I called Customer Service the agent that I spoke to gladly reinstated those points. Said absolutely nothing about this being a one time courtesy deal. When I went to apply the reinstated points significant purchase I saw where they had expired again! I called Customer Service and was told the points would be reinstated within 48 hours. When after 48 hours when they didn't reappear, I was told it would take another 24 hours. Once again no points! During my next call I was informed about the "one time deal" and there were no exceptions to this! As stated by others on similar posts, I don't have any recollection of receiving email notifications of expiring points. When they were previously reinstated I would have made sure to apply them prior to expiring again!! With the upcoming holiday shopping season coming, definitely going to rethink where I purchase my electronics and appliances this year.

Thank you for posting on our forum. I hate to hear about the misinformation you may have received about your reissued certificates. I know how great it is to receive rewards, and I would be looking for further answers about what happened in this situation as well.
While I understand a one-time exception to reissue your expired certificates was granted, it's odd you weren't able to use them shortly afterwards. I'd like the chance to look into this further.
