I know this happens all the time. BUT, I did have 2 reward certificates for $100.00 each that I created for my wife last April 2017. Due to personal health issues I wont go into here, she was / we were unable to use them. They expired in April 2018.
Is there any way you can help me get that credit back so I can use them?

Welcome to the forum and thank you and your wife for being such loyal My Best Buy members! I’m sure you were incredibly excited to have a couple $100 certificates issued last April. When health issues arise, of course a reward certificate would not be a priority, even if you had an extended period of a year (in comparison to the usual 60 days) to redeem them.
