Expired Reward Certificate

I had an reward certificate which expired on 3/17. I was in the assumption that the certificate expires after 90 days. But when i was about to use my certificate for a purchase today, i realized that it expired couple of days back.

Is there a way that i can get my certificate re-issued?

Thanks in advance

Re: Expired Reward Certificate

Hi Vijayasarathy07,

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially by just a few days. I know I end up pretty frustrated with myself if let one slip by me, feeling like I missed out.

My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from, where certificates can be viewed as well.
