Hello Best Buy Minions!

I was going to make a purchase and use a reward certificate, but lo and behold it expired 7 days ago. I was hoping to be shown some mercy and compassion and have it re-issued?

Thanks for reaching back out on our forum for support. I hate to hear how you just missed out on a reward certificate, and I'm happy to provide some more information about this.

While we are unable to reissue expired certificates, if you are an Elite or Elite Plus member, you should have an option to ensure you don't miss out on rewards in the future. In your reward settings on your My Best Buy account, you can select the option to change and choose point banking to save your points until you're ready to issue a reward certificate.
