Expired Certificate

Dear Support,

 

An email dated 1/3/2018 with my $50 bonus reward certificate was sent to me.  I just realized that the certificate expire on 2/4/2018.  Why is the expiring date less than 60 days?  Can you please help to re-issue?  Below is the information to the certificate.

I appreciate you reaching out to us with your inquiry and request and I'm sorry about any inconvenience you may have faced because of this. 

 

While our normal certificates do have a period of validity of 60 days, promotional certificates differ in this rule. They tend to have a 30 day period of use, or less. Each certificate states its pertinent expiration date as they may vary.

 

While we are unable to reissue certificates, especially promotional ones, I can take a look at your account and see what options I may have in rectifying this concern. Once in the account I will let you know what I can do.
