Hello. I received a $10 bonus certicate which was valid from Nov 16th-Nov 17th. On Nov 17th afternoon, the certificate was still valid when I tried it with the item I wanted to buy. Later in the evening when I was trying to place my order, I was unabale to use the certificate but it was before the midnight. I tried to reach out to the customer service, but it was not during the business hours, I understand, thought I could reach them the second day which is today. Today i chatted with the customer service guys, after i told them the situation and being asked a few questions they just told me the fact it is expired. It was not a pleasant experience talking to the customer service.
So could anyone help me with my problem? Thanks
