I hope somebody can help me. I just found out that my Best Buy Rewards certifcate expired about two weeks ago. Can it be reactivated with a new expiration date?

Good morning, fmlongo,
Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us on the forum. : smileyhappy:
I have lost a few certificates over the years to expiration dates with each one feeling like a missed opportunity, and all I could think about is the stuff that I could have purchased. I can imagine you felt similar after noticing you had a certificate that expired. It doesn't matter if a reward certificate is valued at $5 or $100. Any amount of money we can keep in your pocket is a good feeling, and we are all looking to save a few dollars when we can.
As you may read in similar threads on the forum, a non-bonus certificate will generally be valid for a period of 60 days unless noted otherwise. And based on the My Best Buy™ FAQ, an expired certificate cannot be reissued. I was going to send you a private message so that we could review your rewards account together in additional detail, but it looks like you have already sent one, so I will just reply to that. You can read a private message by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
