Hours on hold, getting shifted around to other depts. that put me on hold for hours, and still no resolution. I purchased 3 protection plans for my appliances and they are on a separate account from my appliance purchases, so they don't show up. I am on hold again, but no way to have them just call me back.
I need someone to help me get all my accounts consolidated into one account. It is awful! I told Kyle at the Escondido location not to create a new account, but apparently he did it anyway since he couldn't figure out how to use the register! Terrible!

Sounds like a merge would solve the issues you are currently experiencing, and a merge is a great option when a member happens to have more than one rewards account. It certainly came in handy a few years ago when I somehow ended up with three rewards accounts of my own. Just easier to have everything in one place, or in this case, one rewards account. Any active points or certificates in a secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.
