Error when reporting missing points

I made a purchase online on October 21 2022, my account says I have zero points pending and the history shows I haven't had points added since. When trying to report missing points an unexpected error occurs. Can we fix this?

Thank you so much for reaching out and joining us here on our community forum. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. Considering how often I use my points, I can understand how this may be a hindrance. This is never what we want for any of our customers.
