Error registering a Business Account

Hi, Im trying to create an account for my Business and no matter what information I provide I always receive this error message:

 

Sorry, there was a problem.
Based on the information you provided, we couldn't approve that business account. Be sure that the information you entered matches your legal business information.
You can always sign in to your personal account or create a new personal account.

 

Please help, thank you!

Good morning, Rafael,

 

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

Having a separate BestBuy.com and rewards account for your business-related purchases isn't a bad idea.  I'm sure it would make life easier to have your business purchases in one place and personal purchases in another.  Have you tried contacting the Best Buy Direct/Best Buy for Business (BBFB) team?  I would be happy to try setting up a business account for you; however, you may end up needing to speak with them if I encounter the same problems you have been.  The BBFB team can be reached by calling (877) 393-1038.

 

With that having been said, I'll need to gather some additional information from you before we move forward.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."

 

Name (first and last)

Business name

Business email address

Business phone #

Business address

Employer Identification Number (EIN)

Hi Derek, thanks for the response, but I can't send you a PM, as its saying: "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
