Hi, Im trying to create an account for my Business and no matter what information I provide I always receive this error message:
Sorry, there was a problem. Based on the information you provided, we couldn't approve that business account. Be sure that the information you entered matches your legal business information. You can always sign in to your personal account or create a new personal account.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
Having a separate BestBuy.com and rewards account for your business-related purchases isn't a bad idea. I'm sure it would make life easier to have your business purchases in one place and personal purchases in another. Have you tried contacting the Best Buy Direct/Best Buy for Business (BBFB) team? I would be happy to try setting up a business account for you; however, you may end up needing to speak with them if I encounter the same problems you have been. The BBFB team can be reached by calling (877) 393-1038.
