I tried to report an order I made on Bestbuy.com back in this September.
However, just like what other people mentioned, the website just shown
'An unexpected error occurred' and didn't let me to proceed.
How can I resolve this issue? Please advice. Thank you.

Earning reward points is a great benefit of being a My Best Buy reward member, and I can certainly understand wanting to check on this. While some purchases may not qualify for reward points as outlined within our My Best Buy FAQs, I'd be glad to review this further.
For clarification, did you opt for a financing plan on this purchase? If not, can you please let me know what the item was that you purchased?
