Email linked to different memberId

Hi, I have made a few large purchases over the last few days. All the contact info in store is accurate. I have emails with the same MemberID. When I click “view my purchase” in the email, it opens the Best Buy app and asks me to create a password for that email and member ID. Turns out my email is already connected to a separate account with a different Member ID. I have no purchases on that account

I would like to have the same email connected to just the 1 Member ID account and see my purchases on the app. How can I do this?
