Hello, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved.
Today I received an email from Bestbuy giving me a $10 certificate valid on 11/11/12 at 11:38 PM Eastern time. I tried redeeming the certificate and I was given an error code on the site " We're Sorry Your reward details are not available right now. Please try again later." I have tried several times now since then and I still have not been able to redeem the code. Recently I received a couple of other certificates via email and I have never had this issue so I have no idea why I was not able to use this one.
I have attempted to call customer service via the phone, but it's past their hours now and no one can pick up.
The promotion terms are as followed:

I received the same email at 11:52 PM EST. I was asleep by then and assumed it expired at midnight because it didn't work the next morning at 6 AM.
The email was also advertising their sale for 11/11, and it was the 1st I received that day. What's the point of advertising a sale that's nearly over? There seemed to be a massive delay with these emails or something.

With the holiday season upon us, we've been sending free bonus certificates to random selections of active members. The bonuses will typically range from $5 - $10 and be valid for no more than three days. It sounds like each of you were sent an email for the $10 bonus certificate that was only valid on 11/11, and since the Best Buy Corporate Campus is located in Minnesota, all certificates will expire at 11:59 p.m. CT on the expiration date listed.
The bonuses are usually sent out the evening prior or early morning of as to provide each member with sufficient time to utilize the certificate; however, you were obviously left with very little time, if any, to utilize the certificate having received it right before it was set to expire. I've notified our My Best Buy team of the issue and will be following up with each of you via a private message once I have been provide with additional details. As far as the $5 bonus certificate you received, ljakes, that would be a completely different bonus offer. It's very possible members may receive more than one bonus certificate throughout the holiday season, so I'd encourage everyone to keep an eye on their email account.
