I have been a loyal bestbuy cusomer and elite plus member for years. I can purchase elsewhere for cheaper, but continued to use bestbuy because I liked the rewards. Spending anywhere from $6,000 to $20,000 a year through personal and business transactions. Bestbuy will now only be used in emergency situations.There are a lot of people who feel this way and who have spoken out in the forums. Bestbuy's response is to try to silence these people by renaming the thread and there by lowering it's search ability. I will tell all of my customers about this and everyone I know. This is no way to treat the people you need to keep your business operational.

I'm now finding out that Best Buy is not even honoring extended return policies that were awarded prior to May 3, 2022. This whole thing is such a joke.

Did they nerf the Reward points generation too? It says 1% back (.5 points per $1) now. First, that's not 1%, but hey that's only math. Maybe that's the default for non-elite and i'm just not used to it being so worthless though.
