They just updated the terms a few hours ago removing any reference to Elite and Elite Plus. It has also been rremoved from my account info. If you're still seeing it, you are very likely looking at a cached paged.

Even the link that the mod posted in this thread is showing that it was last updated today, and has information on Elite/Plus.

Sorry for the triple post. So if I'm not logged in, the terms don't show that section on Elite and Elite Plus, but if I log in it appears. So who knows.

Edge and then Chrome, I still see it in inprivate/incognito. It's a strange one for sure. Would love to have an official confirmation of what exactly is going on, either way.

I am (was) Elite Plus for several years, It is gone from my account and I no longer have free shipping as a option for orders under $35. This is unacceptable. The existing Elite/Plus accounts should be able to finish this current year since WE SPENT MONEY with Best Buy LAST YEAR to reach the Elite tier FOR THIS YEAR. This is a lousy way to treat your most loyal customers. First you get rid of Gamers Club Unlocked, now Elite is gone 4 months into this new year. And before you mention it, I dont want Total Tech the value isnt there, I will definitely be shopping elsewhere if this is how Best Buy treats me.

@3854 Bummer is an understatement. At least we now know the true character of BB. Spent $3500 last year for Elite Plus benefits thru February of next year. All gone just four months in.
