Hello I am trying to disable this on Best buts end but not able to when attempting to reach the support number. Can anyone help here?

I setup 2-step on my own accounts (BestBuy.com and rewards) as soon as the option was made available, as I like having that extra layer of protection. I like not having to worry that someone may find a way to login to my account. Do you not have your backup codes? If not, then we'll need to create a new BestBuy.com account for you. It was intentionally setup to where the only person who can disable 2-step on an account is the member, and to disable 2-step, you'd need to be able to login to your account.
I'd suggest making sure to double check your email account for the backup codes, including Spam/Junk folders, as they may have been emailed to you. If you're not finding the codes, then feel free to send me a private message and I'll see what I can do to help get you logged in.
