With the shear excitement of your birthday, a bonus coupon could almost feel like the cherry on top. Sounds like your ice cream sundae would have melted by the time you had a chance to enjoy it with multiple trips to the store and phone calls to (888) BEST-BUY. If your coupon is showing to have been redeemed, then there would be no real reason to send you back up to the store. It would just be a misuse of your time, as the store's involvement pertains to scanning the coupon.
The coupon must have been redeemed though if that is what our system is showing. Are you positive you did not redeem it prior to trying to purchase the video game in-store?
