Didn't get points for e-gift cards

I bought 3 e-giftcards for Best Buy through you guys, but I forgot to put my member ID in the box at checkout. Can I get those points and the cost of the cards added to my Elite level? I've tried talking to Best Buy customer support on the phone several times, but they seem to be completely incompetent. They either don't know what I'm talking about or transfer me to someone else that also can't do anything, or just say they'll open a case and never get back to me. Can someone here get me these points and cost added to my Elite level? It would be 450 points and $450 towards next years Elite.

Welcome to the forum! Purchasing e-gift cards is a great way to send gift cards during the holidays. With that said, as they're not processed through our regular systems, including your member ID during checkout is crucial, as our Report Missing Points tool cannot accept the order numbers provided, nor are we able to add the transaction on our end.
