I received this email offer on 8/25/21:

It's been too long, and we've launched new categories that you don't want to miss out on. Activate this offer, and earn a $30 reward certificate on your next purchase of $200 or more at Best Buy® through 9/12/21.
Rewards will post to your account 4-5 weeks after the promotion has ended2."
I activated the offer and made a $220 purchase on 9/10/21
It is now 10/17/21 5 weeks after the promo ended and I did not get my $30 RC
I tried online chat - they couldnt help and instead gave me a phone number to try. I called and talked to a CSR and they can find no record of the email offer ever being sent.
Can someone here help me? My only recourse would be to return the item- I have 8 days left to do so - and I really don't want to do that.

These forums are not for immediate support you may encounter delays with responses due to the increased posting volume as we come up on the holiday shopping season. So they are not ignoring you but they may be having a larger than normal post queue across all platforms
