Just went to see why my points werent showing as pending for my laptop exchange.. and i look at the printed reciept and apperently the team member didnt re enter my information (curbside BTW) and entered someone elses info.. thats over 650 points that went to someone else can i please get my points credited to my actual rewards account?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your exchange being processed under the wrong My Best Buy membership. It would be pretty unsettling to see another's membership on a transaction of yours, so I am glad you reached out to see what may be going on, and what can be done.
This would be pretty peculiar, as typically the member ID for an exchange would automatically be the one associated with the original transaction. I imagine that during your curbside services, the previous membership that was pulled up in the system may have somehow attached to your exchange. Provided this was an even exchange, this shouldn't impact your points, though I know it may still be concerning that your exchange is associated with another's membership.
