Did I lose my rewards?

In April, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 from Best Buy, and used my Best Buy Rewards card to build points. Today I was looking at picking up a mouse, planning to use my rewards points to redeem a certificate. When I checked my account, I saw that my purchases from April had been enough for it to auto-issue my rewards for a $20 certificate, but I was never notified that they'd been redeemed. Since they auto-issued in April, I'm assuming my certificate expired without me even knowing I had it? Smiley Sad

Generally speaking, My Best Buy certificates will typically expire within 60 days of being issued. I would be happy to double check your account, though, and see if we can confirm what might have happened.
