I have an old account still in the system and I would like my rewards account deleted for it as I have another one. I've looked online and found several threads linking to these forums and it seems it can only be done here with details sent via PM. Thank you.

If you have multiple rewards accounts, rather than delete/cancel one, I'd suggest we merge them. The merge process came in handy a few back when I ended up with three rewards accounts of my own. Any active points or certificates in a secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary following the merge.
