Wow! You all REALLY don't want people to delete their accounts! Can someone please let me know what I need to do to beging this process...As well as what I need to do to delete the Best Buy Support Account that I had to create to post on this forum. Many thanks!

You are not going to find the option to cancel a My Best Buy™ rewards account online as to prevent members from cancelling their rewards account by accident. Any active points or certificates in a rewards account would be forfeited upon cancellation, so there is no turning back time. That is where we can help though. Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to help. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
