DOOM Eternal was Refunded - But not my Best Buy Points

I checked my Best Buy card today to dispute my purchase, and it turns out they refunded "half" of the amount I spent on that order which was the amount I spent on DOOM: Eternal. To make matters more insulting, they haven't returned my Best Buy points I used (45$ dollars worth). I've spent enough to qualify for Elite Plus and I can't even get a hold of anyone to speak to. Incredible work!

Thank you for taking the time to register for the forum and for your patience during abnormal time.

 

My earliest memories of playing Doom go back to when I was maybe about 10 years old and playing for hours on our family computer.  While the graphics today are obviously better, I can remember being blown away by the early game play.  As far as your certificate, you should get second chance to utilize the points that help create a certificate if the order the certificate was applied to ended up getting returned or cancelled. It can generally take up to three days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's reward account.

 

If it has been more than three days and points still haven't reposted to your rewards account, then please feel free to send me a private message with the details listed below and I will take a closer look.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
