I purchased a refrigerator on Best Buy.com on December 6th and rushed to do so with the $10 Cyber reward. in checking out, I clicked the $10 reward and was directed to Paypal. I got back and completed my purchase. When I got the email purchase confirmation, I noticed that the $10 was not credited so I used the Best Buy chat and after a long time waiting, was told that the Cyber reward had expired (this was still December 6) and that the chat person had no authority to change the price. I asked her what to do and she said to call the Best Buy line on Monday. I did that and they told me to cancel the order and try again. I told the person that all I wanted was the $10 credit which I was entitled to but they again said it was not within their authority. I also sent an email to the "info" email address but no response.
Where is the customer service in this? I purchase the refrigerator on December 6, clicked the reward, and I should have the $10 credit without having to cancel and re-purchase the item.

Hi there, 808Kinau,
Welcome to our community! I love a great deal myself, and I can totally understand why you would want to take advantage of your My Best Buy reward certificate before it expires. I'm sure I would be feeling the same way if it were myself in this position, and while we would be unable to reinstate an expired certificate, I'd like to review this further here on my end.
To get started, can you please send me a private message that includes your full name, phone number, and email address? You can send a secure message by using the Private Message option below in my signature. I look forward to hearing from you!
Best Regards,
