Customer service email

Is there a customer service email? You guys sent me an email asking me to do a review to earn 25 points even though I had already done 8 reviews. I did if and then I was awarded 0 points.

Writing reviews on recently purchased products is an easy way to earn reward points, and I'm happy to learn you've taken the time to post yours. I know that I always page through customer reviews before making the decision to purchase something, so I appreciate that you're a contributor! 

 

I can understand your concern after receiving this email considering you've already hit your review limit. These kind of emails are automated and not adjusted based on each member's review history. Now, with the start of 2021, you should be able to start earning points again for new reviews.

If that's the case they shouldn't tell me I'm going to earn points. I would like the review deleted so I have the opportunity to repost it when I can earn points.

I can understand requesting this, but we would be unable to complete this kind of deletion. As mentioned, these are automated emails that are sent following a product purchase. We encourage you to continue posting reviews in 2021 to earn these easy points! We also appreciate the feedback and assistance you continue to provide on products to help both Best Buy and other customers.

You sent me an email saying you would reward points. I had bought the item over a year ago so it’s not like I just purchased it and it sent an email. I would either like the points I was told I would earn or I want the review removed. Thank you.
