Hello,
I am a my Best Buy member and have a Best Buy credit card. Lately when I get emails about credit card promos or the recent ones for card member appreciation month I can’t get them to activate. When I click on the email it says “it looks like you’re not eligible for this promotion”

Can anyone help me with this?
