Credit card payment reset password EVERY TIME

Why do I have to reset my password when trying to make a payment or even just trying to log in to look at account. This makes me not want to spend another penny with Best Buy. This is beyond frustrating. I literally just changed my password, logged out and tried to log back in and it tells me wrong password. Never again will I have this problem, never.

Not using vpn, no add blocker, using supported brower, etc..... Many, Many people have this problem. 

 

  • If you’re using a saved password, try manually entering your password, done still doesnt work
  • If you’re not using a common browser such as IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc…, try using a different browser to log in.
  • If you’re using a non-English browser, please switch over to an English based browser -DONE
  • If you are using a hosting service, try logging in on an open network - really, using cable internet service
  • If you’re working on a non-private Wi-Fi network such as a coffee shop, a restaurant, an airport, etc…, try using your mobile device’s data or using a private Wi-Fi network really, using cable internet service

This is easy. I will not spend another penny until i can log in with a password i know is valid. At least AMAZON.COM can get basic authentication working correctly.
