Copy of in-store receipts, and BB points credited

Howdy,

 

I made two in-store purchases in January that are not showing up in online records - neither in my purchase history, nor in my reward points.

 

  • On (or near) January 21, I made an in-store credit card purchase for around $1,300. I do not have the receipt for this purchase, only the charge on my credit card statement - so I can't request the missing points through the online tool (which requires information from the receipt). I would like a copy of my in-store receipt, and I would like the points reflected on my account.
  • On January 28, I made an in-store credit card purchase for around $2,400 (with Magnolia). I have the Magnolia receipt, but not a regular BB store receipt - and so, again, I can't request missing points credit through the online tool.

I'm sure that the reason the points are missing is that I neglected to provide my BB member information at the time - mea maxima culpa - but nevertheless I would be grateful for some assistance getting this resolved.

Welcome to our community forum. My Best Buy points are a great benefit to being a my Best Buy member and I would be happy to check on this for you. While purchases made with Best Buy should post to your account 15 days after your purchase, Magnolia purchases can take up to 30 days after the last item is delivered. Was there a delivery required for this purchase?
