So I want to convert my business account back to a personal account. I called both the business numbers and they said that they can’t do anything and that I will have to create a whole new account and start fresh… is this really true or is it still possible to convert my account? Also I’ve already tried going through account settings but it only lets me update the info and not remove the business.
