Complaint

I placed an online order on 12192020. I received only 2 of the 3 items.  I placed a second online order on 12202020.The item ordered was received on time as promised. I returned the 2nd order to a local store on 12262020.  

I went online to look at the protection plans for the 2 items ordered and paid for on the 1st order from 12192020. The items are not shown on my account.  My concern is there is no record of my purchase or the protection plans in case I need proof. I only see the order that was purchased then returned.  I called and spoke to 2 tech support agents.  The 2nd agent advised my 1st order had been linked to my Best Buy account.  It is Not.  I am unable to see my purchase and still missing the 3rd item.  Of course, my charge card has been for the 3 items.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. A My Best Buy account offers many great benefits, but I think my favorite and most used one is being able to keep track of my purchase history. I know that I would want to make sure these purchases were listed in case I ever needed to track down any details about them. I would be more than happy to see how I may be able to help.

 

In the event you are not logged into your My Best Buy account, we do offer the ability to report missing purchases. Since you have been unable to locate these purchases, I'd like to take a closer look at your My Best Buy account to see what's going on. I'll need to gather a few more details so I can begin reviewing this.
