Before we get started, please know that any active points, rewards certificates, spend total, tier status, and purchase history will be forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reissued should you change your mind. Even though their rewards account will be cancelled, your BestBuy.com account will remain active; however, yourBestBuy.com account would eventually get retired if it were to go inactive for an extended period of time.
