Changing my Account Information



I need to update the name on my account because it has changed, and yes I mean it is a legal name change. This isn't a case where I just want to go by something different, which seems to be what everyone defaults to when I ask about this with companies...


How can I acomplish this?

You have come to the right place!  It is never a bad idea to make sure the information tied to a rewards account is up-to-date.  My wife had to update her own rewards account last year after we got married.  It can help prevent potential verification issues when attaching a purchase to a rewards account.  You are not going to find the option online to change the name tied to your rewards account though because it doesn't exist.  That is where I can help.
