I'll never disagree with a member wanting to make sure the details tied to their rewards account are up-to-date, as it can help prevent issues when verifying a member's identity or when attaching a purchase for points. My wife legally changed her last name after we got married a few years back and then had to update her own rewards account. The option to change the name tied to a rewards account isn't one you will find online under Account Settings; however, that is something I can help with.
There are a handful of scenarios that allow for us to make changes to the name tied to a rewards account, such as a simple misspelling or legal change. Please send me a private message with your name, phone number, mailing address and email address, and I'll make sure the details tied to your rewards account are up-to-date.
