I need to change my last name on on Best Buy account & rewards account because I got married. I just did PM mybestbuy support but I don't know if they receive the message. I read on other forums that they need proof but I can't attach doc to the PM. They should let us change our last name online instead of doing this long way! I need help still because they haven't answer!
