It's never a bad idea for a member to make sure the details tied to their rewards account are up-to-date, as it can help prevent potential verification issues when attaching a purchase for points or picking up an order. My wife had to update her own rewards account a couple years back after we got married when she legally changed her last name. The option to change/update the name tied to a rewards account isn't one you will find online; however, that is something I can help with.
There are a handful of scenarios that allow for us to make changes/updates to the name tied to a rewards account, such as a simple misspelling or legal change. In your case, it will ultimately depend on whose name was provided back when the rewards account was first created.
