I had a long back-and-forth with Best Buy representatives, to resolve an incorrect delivery (wrong treadmill - Best Buy ran out of correct one, and failed to remove the incorrect treadmill). During that time, I seemed to be the only person on top of getting this resolved - it felt like, if it was up to Best Buy, I would just keep the inferior treadmill and drop the matter. So, of course, I was hesitant to buy anything else until this was resolved. It took months. During that time, Best Buy let nearly all of my rewards certificates expire. Who can I contact to get these reinstated? I was already penalized enough for Best Buy's mistaken delivery (of an item too heavy for me to just bring back to the store). Now, I feel I've been double-penalized by losing all of the credits I had during that time.
