Certificate received via email on 12/17/20 not appearing in my Best Buy Account

Good morning,

 

Thought I would reach out to the community to get some help!

 

On 12/17/2020 I received and email from Best Buy saying that my $15.00 rewards had arrived.  The points, however have never appeard on my account on bestbuy.com.

 

Has anyone else had this issue lately?

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us regarding your My Best Buy account. As a My Best Buy member myself, I know I would want to make sure this $15 certificate gets used. I would be glad to help you look into this.

 

You mentioned that you received an email that this certificate was available. Have you checked to see if this certificate when trying to make a purchase? It sounds like this certificate has already been converted from My Best Buy points which is why you would not see them on your account.

 

We have some instructions on how to use a My Best Buy certificate here. Please let me know if you're still having trouble locating this, I can certainly review your My Best Buy account and make sure this certificate was added correctly.

I am sorry, I wasn't clear in my original post.  The sentence should have read, "On 12/17/2020 I received and email from Best Buy saying that my $15.00 rewards had arrived. The certificate/rewards $, however have never appeard on my account on bestbuy.com."

 

So in other words, when I look at my rewards balance, the $15 doesn't appear.
