I am trying to purchase an item online, but my reward certificate is not showing up to use at checkout. I checked my account and the certificate isn't expired, nor is it new, since it had been there for a few days. It just doesn't show up at check out. I have logged out and logged back in and the same issue occurs

The redemption of a certificate can be an exciting experience, especially after saved up your points. I have a few pending points in my own rewards account that should result in a new $5 certificate once they finally post. Also, who doesn't like to save a few dollars? Any active certificates should be visible on the final page of the online checkout process, as long as your accounts (BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™) are linked and you are logged in. Are you positive the certificate has not expired or been redeemed? If so, then I would be more than happy to take a closer look at your rewards account.
