Hello , Unfortunately I have not been able to use the certificate of $45. Today when I wanted to complete a purchase on Bestbuy.com, the certificate has already expired. While I am sure other users find this frustrating too but certificates shuld be at least be valid for a year like other places. Please reactivate asap.

Hello again, Sandeep,
Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us on the forum.
I've lost a certificate or two over the years to expiration dates with each one feeling like a missed opportunity. It doesn't matter if a reward certificate is valued at $5 or $100. Any amount of money we can keep in our pocket is a good feeling, as we are all looking to save a few dollars when we can. It appears we've spoken with you about expired certificates in the past, so you should be well aware of how long their valid for. As a reminder, a certificate comprised of the points you are awarded will be automatically issued based on your certificate preference and will generally be valid for a period of 60 days unless noted otherwise on the actual certificate. I'd be happy to take a closer look at your rewards account to see if there are any other questions I can help answer. Just send me a private message with the details listed below by clicking on the blue button in my signature.

am in a similar boat. Trying to find out how to escalate to corporate. With this kind of customer experience, I am sure someone at Corporate needs to know. Let me know if you find out how to escalate.
