On 10/1/20 I received an email offer from My Best Buy Visa Card to get a $25 Best Buy eGift Card with an in-store purchase of $250 or more by 10/10/20. I activated the offer on 10/1/20 and made the necessary purchase on 10/8/20. The promo ended on 10/10/20 and the $25 eGift card was to be sent within 3-4 weeks of the promo end which should have been by 11/7 at the latest. Nothing received yet. When will the gift card be sent? I have tried calling both Citibank (Best Buy Visa card issuer) and Best Buy Reward Zone and each one refers me to the other without resolving the issue. Can you help?

As you mentioned, these will typically arrive within four weeks of the promotion period ending. Just to be sure, have you checked your Spam and Junk folders to see if this email may have been filtered out of your inbox? I'd also like to take a look at your My Best Buy account to ensure there isn't anything preventing you from receiving this e-gift card.
