“CardMember Mystery Offer” reveals a 10% off one item coupon, but offer code is invalid or expired

Hello,

Today, I received an emailed offer code for 10% off any one regular priced item with the aforementioned text. In checkout, it says the code isn’t recognized. I called the support line and got someone to try to input the code into an order, and he was able to tell me that it was pulling up as “expired” for him.

My email states the code is valid 5/16-5/31.

I was then unable to be transferred to anyone who could help me.

Is there any way for someone here to look into this for me? Thank you.
