I cannot update the name associated with my account. I ordered something for a friend and at the time it created an account when I placed the order for him. Now it shows his name with all my info and there is no way to change it. When you call support, somebody I cannot really understand, says it isn't possible to change the name associated on the account or simply delete the account without the other person calling it in. I'm trying to do this correctly and they won't do it. Sure, I could just say my name is the name on the account, but that would be lying... even though all the info in the account is mine except the person's name.
I guess I could just update all the account information for him so he can log in and it would be his account, but can I change the email address associated with the account so I can create a new account for me with my email? Confusing and very annoying... seems like the simple things are never simple.
