Cannot see all of my Rewards History

Hi. When I try to view my rewards history on the web site, I'm not able to see all of the history for the time period specified. So when I try to view 6 months, it shows "1 - 10 of 30", but I can only view the first 10. There is no number pages that I can click to view the rest. Same thing happens when I try to view 1 year of history, and the 2 years of history for my account. It'll show "1 - 10 of 58" and "1 - 10 of 180". But I can only view the first 10, nothing else.

 

I tried several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer) and have the same issue when using these browsers. Please help. Thank you.

I even cleared the cache and entire browsing history, cookies, and restarted my computers. Still having the problem. I really would like to make sure my reward points for some purchases were added, because my point balance is off. Any help please.

With that said, it sounds like you're encountering a browser defect our support teams are aware of and working to resolve. As our support teams are already aware of this issue some are encountering, I would encourage you to keep an eye on this for any updates.

I am still having this problem as well.  I cannot see past the first page.  There is nothing to click on to view other pages.  I have tried using Firefox and Microsoft Edge. 

 

Please advise.

Welcome back and thank you for reaching out! Not being able to see all of your rewards history could be incredibly frustrating, especially if need to check on a particular purchase. As I mentioned above, this is a known browser defect that our support teams are working on resolving.
