Cannot log in

I tried to send PM but I got "None of the users have PM enabled. Message will not be sent"

Should you encounter an error, you may wish to try again as the issue usually resolves itself, or you may need to simply clear your browser's cache. Can you help me to log in to Bestbuy store on my new gadget? I get a message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." at all time.
