Cannot log in to my account

I have been trying all day to log in to my Best Buy account. I click on “forgot password “ and a message comes up that says to check my email. After too many times to count, I have not received the code. When I entered an incorrect email address a message came back within seconds that the email was not the one on file.

 

please help.

Update to my message:

 

I have read several of the other posts dealing with this, and tried the suggestions. Nothing has worked.

Welcome to our community.  Being unable to access any particular online account of mine would surely frustrate me rather quickly, and I would likely seek an immediate resolution.  I appreciate you reaching out to us and would be happy to help troubleshoot this with you.

 

You mentioned that had tried a few other suggestions provided in other forum threads, but I want to make sure we’re covering all of our bases before we go any further.  Can you please confirm that you’ve tried all of the following? 

 

  • Log out of your BestBuy.com account on all devices
  • Disable ad-blockers in your browser or on your computer
  • Disable any VPN you may be using
  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache
  • Close and re-open your browser
  • Try using a new browser or device to log in if the above steps don't work right away

 

You can also try adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your contacts or whitelist to ensure our messages are not blocked by your email’s spam filters.  If you need further assistance after trying the above steps, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist however I can.
