My mother and I both have two sepereate my best buy accounts and I manage both of them. I am trying to log in to my mothers my best buy account but I am unable to because we both use the same email address even though we have two different member IDs. Her account has reward certificates that I would like to print out for her but can't because I can't switch to her account. I know there used to be an option to switch accounts by providing the member ID and phone number associated but I cannot find that option anymore. Any assistance woudl be appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum.
It sounds like you figured it out. Great! A member would need to link their My Best Buy™ account to their individual BestBuy.com account in order to access any active points or certificates. If the same email address was tied to both your My Best Buy™ and your mother's My Best Buy™ account, then one of you would have a difficult time linking their account. The switch ID tool wouldn't really help as it is intended for members who have more than one My Best Buy™ account. Even then we should be looking into a merge. What we would need to do is create a new BestBuy.com account with an alternative email address, which it appears you did.
If you have any other questions about your account or the linking process, then please do not hesitate to send me a private message. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message." I would just ask that you include your name, phone #, and email address.
Thank you for being a My Best Buy™ member.
