I've seen multiple posts with this issue before. There is a chance that I have a super old account but I cannot recall if this is true. Regardless, when I try to log in I get the message, "We didn't find an account with that email address. Would you like to create an account?" Then, upon trying to create an account, I get this message, "An account with this email already exists." Pls help.

Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? If so, these can cause issues when trying to create or access an account. Which internet browser do you use? Is it's default language set to English? If not, I would recommend using a different browser.
