Cannot add purchase I made in store

Hi I purchased a Google Chromebook and the associate did not enter my phone number I was told 5 times I would get the points I never have I used the Best Buy card so I should have gotten a lot of points

Have you tried to report the purchase as "missing" on BestBuy.com?  We have a tool online that allows for members to report purchases not already attached to a rewards account as missing, so if eligible, points can be awarded. I've used the tool on several occasions to report some of my own purchases with great success. A purchase can be reported if less than 180 days old, not already attached to a rewards account, and was processed after enrolling in the rewards program.

 

I've provided a link below to an FAQ that will walk you through how to report a missing purchase, and once an eligible purchase has been successfully reported, points should post within about 20 days.  If you have any trouble reporting the purchase, then feel free to send me a private message and I'll see what I can do to further assist.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button found in my signature, and please make sure to include the details listed below.
